conservation issue:

  1. Food habit
of NE in General and Assam in particular. Day to day food habits are changing in our lives and we need to conserve the age-old recipes available in NE. Food habits evolve over a period of time in synchronisation of the environment we live in and it is easy for a native to nourish more in the staple diet. To achieve this we can
    1. Reach out to our parents, extended families, friends and keep collecting the food habits and create an electronic document.
    2. Work with a nutritionist to find out why that particular food is healthy in a particular season.
    3. Work with experts to remove the myths around food.
  2. Games from my childhood
which I enjoyed playing. I want to conserve and make an electronic copy of all the native games played in NE . Further to this
    1. We can work with fitness experts and evaluate their potential in leading a healthy life.
    2. Evaluate, refine them with experts and include them in the curriculum to make kids fitter in Intelligent/Emotional/Social Quotient.
    3. We conduct workshops to introduce these games to the next generation?
